Den kallas även Vresros, The Hedgehog Rose, The Japanese Rose.

Beautiful pictures, especially the last one is awesome!
The last Rugosa is quite a new one, introduced in 2005 by Austin. It´s stunning! So I bought another one and have 2. 😀
They are all so beautiful. Would be nice to walk or sit underneath that arbor. I bet it smells heavenly.
Yes, it does smell heavenly. Both Hansa and the Bourbon Queen in the same photo have a wonderful strong scent.
Beautiful!! Looking at your photo I wish to show you again the rose we have in Villa Reale in Monza. Each year in may we have got so many rose you can’t immagine. Have nice week 🙂
Yes please, remind me of these roses,I would enjoy that! I do have a lot of different roses on my RoseMeadow and since it´s a very good roseyear many of them are covered with roses, but their abundance cannot compete with yours, I guess. 🙂
It’s a pleasure for me to remind you the roses there are in May in Villa Reale Monza. Have a look at the slideshow in the post. Have nice week 🙂
